Vendors that don't publish pricing
Treat this as data, not a footnote: quote-only pricing means demos, sales calls and prices that flex with your team size.
- Workiz: Standard / Pro / Ultimate; Standard $46–55/mo, Pro $54–65/mo (annual–monthly range; official FAQ). Trial: 7 days, no card; no free plan. Annual billing advertised as "save $400+". Secondary sources cite ~$229/$270 base: NOT official, do not present as fact. source
- ServiceTitan: Starter / Essentials / The Works; per-technician pricing, amounts not published. Trial: none: demo only. Secondary sources cite $150–500/tech: unofficial, do not present as fact. source
- FieldPulse: Essentials / Professional / Enterprise; seat-based, amounts not published. Trial: none stated: demo/custom quote. source
What the numbers say
- Cheapest real entry: ZenMaid Starter at $19/mo (cleaning businesses only, 40 appointments/mo cap), plus $4/mo for every cleaner on the account: the base price covers nobody.
- Cheapest general-purpose: Jobber Core at $29/mo on annual prepaid (solo user).
- Only flat-rate unlimited-users vendor: Service Fusion (from $208/mo annual). Jobber Grow's $149/mo flat covers 10 seats, so Service Fusion's math only wins past ~12 users ($149 + 2×$29 ≈ $208).
- Transparency gap: 3 of 7 vendors hide pricing; all three skip free trials too (demo-only).
Turn numbers into a decision
The cheapest plan is rarely the right plan: team size and one must-have feature usually decide. The free fit-finder does that math in 30 seconds, or browse the full comparison, Jobber pricing, Housecall Pro pricing, Workiz pricing, ZenMaid pricing and cleaning-business picks.
FAQ
- How much does field service software cost?
- Published entry prices run from $19/mo (ZenMaid Starter, cleaning-only, before its $4/mo-per-cleaner fee) to $208/mo (Service Fusion Starter, unlimited users), verified July 2026. Mid-market picks land between $29 and $149/mo on annual billing. 3 of 7 vendors we track (Workiz, ServiceTitan, FieldPulse) do not publish pricing at all.
- Why do some vendors hide their pricing?
- Quote-only pricing lets sales teams price by team size and negotiate. It usually signals a higher-touch, higher-cost product aimed at bigger teams, and it makes comparison shopping deliberately harder, which is why we flag it as a transparency criterion.
- Can I cite this index?
- Yes: free to cite with attribution and a link to this page. Every number was verified on the vendor's official pricing page (July 2026); sources are linked in the table.
